Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

While we carefully source and offer high-quality, natural chews, ChewMenu cannot be held responsible for improper use of our products or for any issues that may arise during chewing. We encourage pet parents to always supervise their dogs and use their best judgment when selecting chews appropriate for their dog’s size, age, and chewing habits.
